Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page)
Returned items must be in original, resalable condition, including product boxes, manuals, and packaging

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise
Your original shipping fee is non-refundable, no exceptions

Exchanges

If possible, exchange requests will be accommodated. First, contact effectivewp@gmail.com to request a return for any unwanted items within the 30 day return period. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Second, place a new order for any additional items needed. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original order and the shipping cost of the new order.
